This privacy policy applies to all persons who use the services of Slow Food Waldviertel. We hereby inform you about the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of your personal data by our organisation. We respect your privacy and endeavour to strictly comply with the legal requirements for the processing of your personal data (EU Regulation No. 679/2016 (GDPR), DSG 2000, DSG 2018 and TKG 2003). All your personal data is processed on this basis.

Your personal data, in particular your surname, first name, address, email address, telephone number and date of birth, are required for the processing of your membership of Slow Food Waldviertel.

This data is stored and processed by us and, if necessary, forwarded to third parties with whom we work together to provide the most effective and best possible service for our customers and supporters. In some cases, data may be transferred to processors in third countries.

The duration of storage is determined by the duration of your membership, the consents you have given and, in addition, by the statutory retention obligations and legal obligations applicable to us.

3. our websites

When you visit our website, your access data is automatically collected and stored. This access data may include, in particular, the page accessed, the files viewed, the date and time of access, the IP address of the user, data of the accessing computer, in particular the browser and operating system, as well as the amount of data and the notification of successful access. We need this data to process your enquiry and in these cases we also store your IP address for the purpose of preserving evidence. The data will be stored for as long as is necessary to deal with any additional or subsequent questions you or we may have.

We accept no liability for the loss of data or access to your data by third parties if we have complied with the security measures required according to the state of the art. The legal basis for this data processing is your consent, our pre-contractual and contractual obligations towards you, our legitimate interests and legal obligations of all kinds and Section 96 TKG.

Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. Google Analytics is a service provided by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which enable Google to analyse the use of our website. The information collected by the cookies about the use of our website (including your anonymised IP address) is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on "Privacy Shield". Data processing is carried out on the basis of the statutory provisions of Section 96 (3) TKG and Art. 6 (1) (a) (consent) and/or (f) (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.

Transmission to third parties / obligations of processors

Your personal data may be processed by us under certain circumstances

• within the organisation, taking into account the permitted purposes of use,
• to processors (e.g. for our electronic advertising in the form of newsletters) and to third parties who must be involved in the provision of the services you have requested, all of whom have undertaken to comply with the applicable data protection standards. If compliance with European data protection standards is not possible - for example because standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions or certifications are not guaranteed in a specific case - we will inform you in good time and also obtain the necessary consent from you.

7. facebook plugins (Facebook button)

Plugins of the social network Facebook, provider Facebook Inc, 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA, are integrated on our pages. You can recognise the Facebook plugins by the Facebook logo on our site. You can find an overview of the Facebook plugins here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/. When you visit our site, a direct connection is established between your browser and the Facebook server via the plugin. Facebook receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. 9th YouTube

Our website uses plugins from the YouTube site operated by Google. The operator of the pages is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit one of our pages equipped with a YouTube plugin, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. The YouTube server is informed which of our pages you have visited. If you are logged into your YouTube account, you enable YouTube to associate your surfing behaviour directly with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account. 10. SSL encryption

This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as the enquiries you send to us as the site operator. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

11 OpenStreetMap

We have integrated maps from the online mapping tool "OpenStreetMap" on Renatha-POI. This is a so-called open source mapping, which we can access via an API (interface). This function is offered by OpenStreetMap Foundation, St John's Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WS, United Kingdom. By using this map function, your IP address is forwarded to OpenStreetMap.

What data is stored by OpenStreetMap?

When you visit one of our websites that offers OpenStreetMap, user data is transmitted to the service and stored there. OpenStreetMap collects information about your interactions with the digital map, your IP address, data about your browser, device type, operating system and on which day and at what time you used the service. Tracking software is also used to record user interactions. OpenStreetMap specifies the analysis tool "Piwik" in its own privacy policy.

The data collected is subsequently accessible to the OpenStreetMap Foundation. According to OpenStreetMap, personal data is not passed on to other persons or companies unless this is legally required. The third-party provider Piwik does store your IP address, but in truncated form.

How long and where is the data stored?

The API servers, the databases and the servers of auxiliary services are currently located in the United Kingdom (Great Britain and Northern Ireland) and in the Netherlands. According to the provider, your IP address and user information, which is stored in abbreviated form by the web analysis tool Piwik, is deleted after 180 days.
