On two Saturdays a month, the main square of our district capital becomes a vibrant meeting place for sustainable food production. Over 200 market days have already taken place and permanent stallholders offer a variety of products, including organic fish, artisan bread, free-range eggs, fresh and refined game, beer, lamb specialities, old vegetables, mostly organic.
